Campership Forms
These forms need to be signed by a pastor and returned to camp at least four weeks prior to when camp begins. Based on availability. Please return the forms to the camp which you are applying to. There are no camperships for the Adventure Camp.
- Richard Minter Scholarship Form - This scholarship is for campers who have lost a parent in the past five years.
