Summer Camp Registration Form
There is a $35 internal registration fee if you do not register online. Please print this application, fill it out and send it into the camp you'll be attending with your $100 non-refundable deposit. Registrations are not complete without the deposit. A separate Health Form is due two weeks before camp.
