Registration for Summer Camp
All program and registration questions should be directed to the site specific camp. For questions on Beach Camp contact the staff at Yolijwa. For Day Camp or Western States Youth Gathering: the LRCC experience, contact the staff at El Camino Pines.
Register now and start paying for camp in your account for the rest of the year. You can make payments into your account as often as you’d like.
If you are a returning user – Please choose “Returning user” and access your account with your username and password. Try your email address as the username. If you cannot remember this information, please contact El Camino Pines or Yolijwa staff to have them reset your username and password. Please make sure all information is current and up to date, especially the email address. This will help our communications with you.
If you are a new user – Select “New user”. You will create a new account and begin the registration process.
For all registrations - A $75 non-refundable deposit is due when you register for summer camp. Please see our website under “Getting Ready” for the LRCC Refund Policy. After you register you will get a confirmation email/letter with your account information, confirmation of your event registration, balance owed and a receipt. Please keep this email for your records.
Waiting list: There is a waiting list of five campers per program. If you try to register for an event and it is full, you can register for the waiting list for that event for $5. We will let you know if a space opens up. In the meantime you should make sure your child's Health Form is ready, as spaces open up often at the last minute.
Payments online: You may pay online easily and securely! You may pay with a debit or credit card or eCheck. If you would like to use a check online, just choose eCheck and type in your check #.
If a church is helping to pay for your camp costs: Duing the online registration process, click on the "My Church will pay" on the payment page. This has to be approved by your church and the payment needs to be sent to camp within two weeks of registration. OR the church can cut a check and you can make the payment online using the steps of eCheck above. They may also send the check with the camper name and event/program that the check is for to the camp. Please see “Contact us” for camp addresses.
If you are not comfortable or able to register online: You may call the camp and ask for the registration materials to be sent to you. Once you fill out the form, you send it back to the camp with your deposit/ payment and you will receive a confirmation of this registration. There is a $10 internal registration fee that applies to applications that are not done online. That fee will be added to your registration cost. Your balance for camp can be paid in a check mailed to camp or by calling camp with your credit card information.
Confirmation for Registration: In order to help the registration process be less time consuming, LRCC will send your confirmation to you via e-mail. You should receive this email within minutes of registering online. Below is a copy of everything that is sent in the confirmation email, excluding your account and balance information. If you do not receive a confirmation email please check in your junk mail box first. We have found that some e-mail account settings have prevented the recipient from getting their confirmations. Please be sure to check your bulk or spam folder for a couple of days after registering, and if confirmation is in those folders please add the mailing address to your address list in your e-mail. Then contact Desta at (818) 243-8700 or Desta@LRCChome.com to have her resend the email to you. If you need resources to help you get ready for camp you can find them on our website as well. Internal/Mailed registrations will receive a confirmation letter in the mail unless you have a e-mail address, then we can e-mail the confirmation to you.

Summer Camp Theme - Just for Life! Week at a Glance
Early Registration Discount: Register before March 1st and receive $20 off of your camp fee. There are no discounts for Beach Camp, Mystery Trip or the Western States Youth Gathering: the LRCC experience.
Sibling discount: The first camper from a family pays full price. Each additional camper from the same family receives a $20 discount.
Camperships: We strongly believe that all children should be able to attend camp. Camperships are scholarships for campers in financial need. To apply, please go to our website, click on “Resources/Forms” and print the campership form. This form needs to be signed by your pastor. The deadline to receive campership forms is four weeks before your child will attend camp. You will be contacted after sending in the form as to the status of your request.
eCamp: You are able to view secure online photo galleries, download, order photos from camp and send one-way emails to your camper while they are at camp! eCamp is an additional $10 fee during registration. Click here for more detailed information on eCamp.
Camp Picture: We take a weekly all camp photo that is a treasured memory for years to come. You can purchase one of these 8x10 photos during registration for $10 each.
Camp Store money (excluding off site events and Beach Camp): When you register online you have the option to put money into your child’s camp store account. This money can be used daily during the week to pay for candy/drinks, camp clothing and other goodies at our camp store. Click here for a complete list and costs of what is sold in the Camp Store.
Balance Due: The balance for summer camp is due no later than the Friday, two weeks prior to when your camper will be at camp.
Auto-Bill option: The worry free way to pay for camp! When you register you have the option to be auto-billed. If you check this box we will auto-bill you for your balance due 2 weeks prior to when your camper will attend camp. We will bill whichever credit or debit card that has most recently been used on our website. You will get an email confirmation once the payment has been processed.
Getting Ready for Camp
What time do I drop my camper off on Sunday for summer camp?
Drop off at El Camino Pines, Yolijwa and Beach Camp is at 3 pm on the Sunday of camp. Please bring your camper no later than 4 pm. Directions and maps to camp
What time do I pick my camper up on Friday?
Closing worship is at 11:15 am on Friday morning. You are welcome to come and be a part of that. There is lunch afterwards that you are also welcome to join in. During registration on Sunday please tell the Camp Directors how many will attend the lunch on Friday. Note - Explorers camp ends on Wednesday at Noon.
What do I do with the Health Form?
Health Forms need to be turned into the camp the camper will be attending, two weeks prior to their attendace. The Health form needs to be signed by a doctor and the camper needs to have had a current physical in the past two years. Please allow time for a doctor appt. to get the health form into camp two weeks prior to camp. Send or fax the Health Form to the camp your child will be attending, not the Administrative Office. Are the LRCC camps accredited?
Both El Camino Pines and Camp Yolijwa are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). The camps participate in a rigorous inspection process every three years which covers all areas of camp, including health, safety, program and staffing.
What if my child is sick and can’t make it to camp?
The initial camp deposit ($75 for onsite programs, $100 for off-site programs) is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a different program based on availability. For more details on refunds, please see the LRCC Refund Policy.
