Host your own retreat with LRCC!

To check on available dates for your retreat, fill out a Retreat Reservation Request Form and an LRCC Staff memeber will get in touch with you.  Or you may contact the camps directly.

We provide wonderful accommodations, friendly staff and fantastic food--you provide the programming!

We have 2 different sites, each with different options to suit your needs:

  • El Camino Pines has 10 cabins with a total capacity of 128. Two large meeting rooms (including a chapel), a pool, volleyball court, archery and hiking trails are available.

    • Standard Retreat Package (2 nights/4-5 meals) = $116-$121 per person

  • Yolijwa has an overnight capacity of 96 in 6 cabins and has a lodge that serves as the dining hall and meeting area for up to 200 people, with a fireplace and an optional dividing wall. Luther Glen Conference Center has a capacity of 38 in 15 hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms, a dining room and fireplace room that can be separated with a dividing wall, and outdoor patio areas for dining and relaxing.

    • Prayer labyrinth, pool, basketball court, volleyball court, archery, low ropes challenge activities, and hiking trails are available. See pictures.

      • Two night retreat with five meals: $116 - $121; lodging in cabins with bunk beds.

      • One night retreat with three meals: $77 - $82; lodging in cabins with bunk beds.

    • Standard Retreat Packages for Luther Glen

      • Two night retreat with five meals: $161-168; includes bed linens and towels.

      • One night retreat with three meals: $98 - $103; includes bed linens and towels.
