Austin Potts
Assistant Outdoor School Program Director, El Camino Pines

Austin is an old LRCC staff member returning from adventures across the country hoping to shake things up at camp once again. During his hiatus, he worked in the midwest guiding canoe trips through the Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness and facilitated programs at a high ropes course. Austin served as an Outdoor School Instructor for three years and is excited to share all he has learned with the new community here at camp. He has an itch for the outdoors and loves the opportunity to explore the forest. Whether on foot or snowboard, Austin wants to be outside.

Brystal

Brystal
Program Staff

Brystal is an Oceanside native who is thrilled to swap out the sandy beaches for dirt paths and pine needles. She went to school for and pursued a career in technical theatre, emphasizing theatrical electrics, while expanding on her foundation of children's theatre. Though she loved leading Sunday School for ages 0-5 at San Marcus Lutheran Church, she is excited to spend some time with people a bit older and possibly more vocal. Her primary hobbies are climbing up things significantly taller than herself and finger painting.

Callie

Callie
Program Staff

Callie comes from Long Beach, CA. She went to school for child development and to study liberal arts with an emphasis on social behavior. While in Long Beach she spent time working for the Long Beach Unified School District as a Recreation Aide for a before and after school program and her church's preschool. Through this, she found her passion for working with kids in a school setting especially in special education classes. Callie is happy to be at camp where she can pair her love for ministry with her desire to teach.
