Register for Camp
For all online summer camp registrations there is a $25 registration fee. If for any reason, you are not able to register online, please call (661)245-3519. There is a $35 internal registartion fee if a registration is not done online.

Health Form
During the registration process you will answer some basic health questions about your camper. This is NOT the complete health form that we need to
have on file. We are required to have a current health form on file every year that your child attends camp. The health form needs to be filled out and signed by a doctor. The camper must have had a physical examination within the past two years. Please allow time to get your child an
appt. with his/her doctor for a physical if this is not current.
