Our Winter Retreats at both sites feature special programming designed by our year-round staff. We have lots of fun activities planned, with traditional camp favorites and some brand new surprises.
Friday - Sunday retreats run from 7pm on Friday evening to lunch at noon on Sunday. Saturday - Monday retreats run from 3pm on Saturday afternoon to lunch at noon on Monday.
Come by yourself, come with your youth group, or invite a friend and be ready for a weekend you won't soon forget.
Registration Information
- Registration will open Nov. 1st.
- Download the Registration from, fill it out and send it to the LRCC Administration Office at 11900 Frontier Road, Frazier Park, CA 93225
- A non-refundable deposit of $40 / person is due at the time of registration. The balance is due two weeks before the retreat begins.
- Registration as a group: If you are attending with your church group please have the leader register all attendees.
- Registration as an individual: If you are attending as an individual please indicate that on the form.

Every adult who comes to comes to camp for a youth winter retreat, has to fill out the mandatory Voluntary Disclosure form. This is not required for Family Winterfest. Please fill out this form and turn them into camp 2 weeks prior to when you will attend. Adults who have not filled out this form will not be able to attend Winter Retreats.

There is no health form needed for Winter Retreats or Family Winterfest. Each congregation is responsible for obtaining current health information for each participant attending camp. All known allergies or major health concerns need to be reported to the Camp Directors.
